We are Passionate about Gourmet Mushrooms

We are a family owned and operated commercial mushroom growing enterprise - an urban grower of wood loving gourmet mushrooms with a commercial fruiting chamber that is solar powered.

Segura & Sons Mushroom Farm is located in the heart of Stevens Point. Being as resourceful as possible, we built our mushroom fruiting chamber within an empty room in our basement. Simple controls of temperature, humidity, light, and air exchange (like us, mushrooms breath in oxygen and produce CO2) has enabled us to provide a steady, year-round harvest of fresh mushrooms.

For your culinary delight, we offer a large variety of mushrooms that changes with the seasons. Some of those varieties are an assortment of Oyster mushrooms such as Italian, Blue, Pink, and Pearl, as well as specialty varieties such as Speckled Chestnut and Lions Mane. Other fun varieties we will have are King, Reishi, and Cordyceps.

Mushroom products are available to purchase online or at the Farmers Market in Stevens Point SAT 8-12.
